Let your oven do the job, delicious chicken wings

2018 is at the doorstep, are you ready for the New Year’s Eve celebration?

Today I am sharing this simple oven dish recipe to help you with making the party preparation easier!

The example portion is for 2 ppl, so you can make adjustments to the ingredients’ amounts based on your actual portion.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings,
  • Olive oil,
  • Fresh rosemary,
  • Lime,
  • Salt, black pepper,
  • Chili (optional).

First, cut the chicken wings in the middle, for the flavors to get in,  but don’t break the chicken wings in half.

Place them in an oven dish, marinate them with some salt, freshly grounded pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and half lime juice (make sure the lime juice are evenly distributed to every chicken wing), I also added some chili pepper, but you can skip this if you can’t really eat spicy food. Make sure both sides of the chicken wing are well marinated.

Marinate them for about 1-2 hours. Add some fresh rosemary, then it is ready to get into the oven.

Preheated the oven to 200C or grill mode, when the oven is ready, put the chicken wings in for about 20-30 minutes based on your oven performance. Please note, place the thicker skin side up (like above picture shows), so the chicken wings will get crispy.

Ta Da! Ready to serve!
